AI assistants Muse and Instinct can now phone businesses

Meta's Muse agent can now place calls to US businesses, rolling out first to users who asked for it. Its rival Instinct added Instinct Concierge, in early access, to book restaurants that do not take online reservations, join a dentist's cancellation list or sort out a cable bill.
