Anthropic puts $100 million into training 10,000 engineers to deploy Claude
Anthropic launched the Claude Frontier Academy, a $100 million programme to train 10,000 engineers by the end of 2027. They attend multi-day in-person training, complete a simulated company deployment, then lead a real Claude project at their own organisation for 12 weeks with support. Places come by nomination through Anthropic. First cohorts include Accenture, Deloitte and McKinsey.
