America.gov: a Gemini and Grok chatbot for US government services
The White House launched America.gov, an AI chatbot that draws on roughly 29,000 federal websites to answer questions and point people to the right service, such as passports, replacing a Social Security card or booking a campsite. It is powered by Google's Gemini and xAI's Grok. By 2027 it is meant to let people submit documents and complete processes on the site.
